Aric Starck is an Executive Vice Chair of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group in San Diego. In this position, he leads one of the most active brokerage teams in San Diego County and a top nationally ranking team with the firm. 

In 2024, Starck transacted 26 sales and leases, totaling more than 1.5 million square feet and a transactional value of $285 million.

Notable transactions included representing seller Hill Companies LLC in its $49.5-million sale of Studio 2200 (Carlsbad, CA), representing seller RPB in the $38.8-million forward sale of an 88,552-square-foot industrial building (Escondido, CA) and representing a client with selling two separate industrial projects totaling 387,454 square feet at a combined $74 million.
