As a partner with Holland & Hart, Gregory Gilbert leads and is a part of a team of 20 attorneys dedicated to helping clients develop, construct and operate projects in various industries. The team is responsible for preparing, negotiating, and reviewing more than 1,000 agreements each year across the United States related to land acquisition, entitlements, finance, design development, procurement, insurance risk, bonds, construction, close-out, operations and maintenance.
Gilbert’s practice includes extensive counseling through all phases of private and public projects and the resolution of claims in arbitration, state, and federal courts. He litigates complex claims nationwide for clients in various industries, including gaming, energy, hospitality, industrial, student housing, multifamily, and public infrastructure.
He is a member of many organizations, including the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance, the U.S. Green Building Council (Nevada Chapter), the Trial Law Institute and the Diversity Law Institute. He is also a member of the Clark County Bar, State Bar of Nevada, State Bar of California and American Bar Association.
Gilbert has been recognized by the Best Lawyers in America (Construction Law and Real Estate Law) and received a Distinguished Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Nevada Business Magazine named him among the Legal Elite/Top Rank Attorneys.
