As co-chair of DLA Piper’s global Real Estate practice and co-chair of the firm’s New York Real Estate practice, Stacie Trott guides clients through highly structured corporate and commercial real estate transactions, particularly those involving European and Asian cross-border initiatives.

Recent matters include representing a global investment manager in the acquisition, joint venture and financing of leasehold interests in an international portfolio of hotels and representation of a U.S. investment advisor in acquiring, developing and financing a $143-million multifamily project in the UK.

Trott is an ordained minister who is very active in her local church, Bethel Gospel Assembly in Harlem, NY, where she serves as the Director of the Women’s Ministry. She also sits on the board of directors of a Christian nonprofit organization based in Minneapolis. She also serves as a role model and mentor for women attorneys.                

Trott was named one of Connect CRE’s Lawyers in Real Estate.
