Nina M. Roket

Nina M. Roket is Olshan Frome Wolosky’s Co-Managing Partner, Member of the Executive Committee, Co-Chair of the Real Estate Law Practice, Chair of the Leasing Practice, Founder and Chair of the Women’s Committee, Chair of the Hiring Committee. She was the first female equity partner, co-administrative/managing partner, and member of the Executive Committee at Olshan. Nina is known for her leadership and proactive mindset.

Roket was pivotal in several New York sales transactions for the Kushner Companies. She also represents JEMB Realty in its leasing program for office tower One Willoughby Square in Downtown Brooklyn and represented the owner of the Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ, in a lease amendment negotiation with Margaritaville.

Roket founded Olshan’s Women’s Committee as a networking and business development platform for women lawyers, clients, and colleagues. She is a member of New York Women Executives in Real Estate (WX), where she serves as a mentor. She is also a mentor with the ULI’s Mentorship Program. Roket regularly serves on industry panels and speaks on industry trends.

She has been named a Leading Lawyer in Real Estate by Chambers USA, GlobeSt’s CRE’s Women of Influence and Crain’s New York Business’ Notable Diverse Leaders in Law and Notable Women in Law. Roket has also been recognized in Best Lawyers in America and in New York Metro Super Lawyers.
