Joanna Manfro is Vice President of Shopping Centers in the Northeast at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. She specializes in retail and mixed-use, primarily focusing on shopping centers in suburban markets of the Northeast. She has executed various opportunities, including JV partnerships, tax-efficient deal structures, partial interest acquisitions and portfolio transactions. She has a tremendous track record for deal sourcing off-market.

Notable transactions include the $45.5-million sale of the Compo Shopping Center, the $ 12.75-million deal involving Brooks Corner and the $10.65-million sale of a mixed-use center. All properties are in Westport, CT.

Manfro joined Matthews a year ago, having over 15 years of experience on the principal side and an impressive track record of nearly $2 billion in transactions.

She gives back by mentoring and sharing her knowledge with new agents at Matthews. Manfro is an active member of several business organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, Retail Network and ICSC.

She has been recognized as a Woman of Influence (GlobeSt), Ones to Watch: Rising Stars and Woman in Real Estate (New England Real Estate) and 40 Under 40 (Fairfield County).
