In 2016, she was offered a full-time position in the department. With the start of Fund IV in 2019, Alves took on even more responsibilities related to the actual Fund closings, including processing the intake of investors and performing due diligence. As the team continued to grow, she also took on a management role for the team’s investor relations associate. She was promoted to her current position in 2021.
Outside of her job responsibilities, Alves is an active contributor to the Davis Women’s Group and has joined the firm’s recently created DEI Committee. Her knowledge and history of the firm and her ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization make her a go-to source for answers among various departments, showcasing her strong cross-functional and collaborative skills.
These are just a few reasons we chose Jillian Alves as one of Connect CRE Boston & New England’s 2023 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s seventh annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
