Velocity Retail Group’s Gast Team, led by Brian Gast, handled over 1 million square feet of retail transactions in 2025.
Highlights include representing Iron Courts in its $7.5-million acquisition of a 45,050-square-foot former LA Fitness in Chandler, AZ. The team also sold 12.02 acres at Power Road in Mesa, AZ to a developer. The property will include EOS Fitness and Aldi, with the pads holding McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Valvoline, and 7-Eleven. The Gast Team negotiated all tenant leases.
Additionally, the team assisted a client in disposing of $15 million through a 1031 exchange to buy three off-market retail centers in the Phoenix area.
