The Doherty Sweetland Doty (DSD) Industrial Group at Colliers handles industrial real estate transactions in Las Vegas. It includes Dan Doherty, Paul Sweetland, Jerry Doty, Morgan Elson, Zach McClenahan and Elizabeth Elliott. In 2025, the team brought 119 deals to the closing table, totaling 4.3 million square feet.
One highlight included the $175-million sale of the Las Vegas Logistics Center, a three-building portfolio totaling over 1 million square feet in North Las Vegas. Link Logistics sold the property to NorthPoint Development.
The team represented Overton Moore properties in its $18.4-million sale of 85,531 square feet at 30 Conestoga Way. The buyer was Joola Pickleball. DSD also brokered a 10-year, 92,073-square-foot lease at 3131 Polaris to Freeman.
