The HMH Industrial Team of Cushman & Wakefield includes Mike Haenel, Andy Markham, Will Strong, Phil Haenel, Foster Bundy and Justin Smith. In 2025, the group transacted 49 deals totaling 5.2 million square feet. Four of those deals totaled 1.4 million square feet.
Notable highlights include securing Kenco for a 641,906-square-foot lease at Gateway I-10. The team also represented the landlord and tenant in Verst Logistics’ 331,683-square-foot lease at Commerce 303.
Other transactions included oversight of XNRGY’s 324,800-square-foot lease at Centris Industrial and handling Toms Auto’s 100,018-square-foot commitment at Palo Verde Distribution Center.
