Cushman & Wakefield’s Dana Baird and Mike Richmond lead the team that handles office transactions throughout the Salt Lake City, UT market. In 2025, the group closed 59 deals spanning 2.3 million square feet.
Notable highlights include representing NICE Systems in its 89,550-square-foot renewal and managing the sale of the 175,000-square-foot One Gateway building. The team also handled a 62,489-square-foot expansion for a client and a 22,380-square-foot retention deal at 222 Main.
