JLL’s Arizona Industrial Investment Sales Team Closes 13 Transactions Exceeding $813 Million in Sales Volume

JLL’s Arizona Industrial Investment Sales Team consists of Greer Oliver, Bryce Beecher and Gigi Martin. Oliver and her Southern California partner, Patrick Nally, also handle industrial investment sales in Las Vegas.
During 2025, the team closed 13 transactions spanning over 5.2 million square feet and generated $813.9 million in sales volume.
Notable deals included the sale of Fairway Commerce Center, which closed at a market record-breaking core cap rate of 4.86%. The team also closed on Sight Logistics Park for $289 per square foot, another record-breaker for an industrial investment sale. Meanwhile, the disposition of The Confluence represented the first speculative industrial investment sale in the Casa Grande market.
