Led by Managing Directors Gideon Orion and Tony Cassie, Senior Director Alex Vice, Directors Thomas Falkenberg and Sam Thompson, Associate Director Nicholas Hall and Associate Brant Nelson, the Walker & Dunlop Seniors Housing Team advises on large portfolios, single assets, and development projects, bringing deep expertise across transaction types and asset sizes. In 2025, the group closed 30 deals totaling $902 million in sales volume.
One notable transaction involved the sale of a 400-unit seniors housing portfolio in Wisconsin. Walker & Dunlop also represented a private equity sponsor at the end of its fund life in the disposition of a Midwest-based 140-unit independent living/assisted living/memory care community with occupancy above 95%.
