He leased up and facilitated the $13.95-million sale of a 37,905-square-foot Planet Fitness/Total Wine property in Santa Rosa, CA.
Landgraf also represented Raising Cane’s in multiple high-profile locations, including a $6.84-million sale in Riverside, a high-profile $7.5-million purchase of a former Amy’s Drive Thru in highly coveted Thousand Oaks, and a flagship lease at Universal CityWalk in Hollywood valued at nearly $7 million. Additionally, he secured a 67,060-square-foot lease in Downey valued at more than $10 million. He has handled over 100 Raising Cane’s transactions in California alone.
