Justin Shepherd is a Vice Chairman and Co-Head of Newmark’s Healthcare Capital Markets Team, specializing in healthcare real estate sales, recapitalizations, joint venture equity and financing across the country. He joined Newmark in 2025 and spearheaded 43 deals valued at $4.3 billion.
In his 15 years of experience, Shepherd has facilitated over $20 billion in healthcare real estate transactions and advisory services. His clients include core funds, public and private REITs, pension fund advisors, developers, family offices, healthcare systems, fund managers and private equity firms.
