JLL’s George Kotrogiannis (Senior Managing Director) and Blake Shaffer (Senior Director) lead a team that offers strategies tailored to multi-market clients across all asset classes. In 2025, the group closed 214 transactions for $2.1 billion.
One major transaction involved successfully executing a landmark $850-million portfolio sale for AT&T, comprising 74 telecommunications central office buildings across 23 states. The portfolio encompassed over 13.6 million square feet with more than 50% vacancy.
