The Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors, led by Ed Hanley and Jeff Lefko, celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2025 by closing more than $1.11 billion in sales volume, 208 transactions across 33 states, and 3.2 million square feet of retail property.
Notable deals include representing Phillips Edison & Company in its sale of a 110,485-square-foot, 100% occupied Ralphs and Dollar Tree anchored center in Corona, CA, overseeing a $27-million sales transaction of the 143,000-square-foot Pacific Town Center in Stockton, CA, brokering the $22.5-million sale of the 207,000-square-foot Lakeview Pointe power center in Stillwater, OK, and handling the $25.4-million disposition of the 233,000-square-foot Green Bay Plaza in Green Bay, WI.
