Krouch Plays Key Role in JLL’s Downtown DC Agency Leasing Platform

Company:

JLL

As a member of Washington, D.C.’s leading agency leasing team at JLL, Anslee Krouch helps lead the marketing and leasing of more than 19 million square feet of downtown office space. In 2025, she contributed to the team’s execution of 1.9 million square feet of transactions.

Krouch has played a key role in the lease-up of the Homer Building at 601 13th St. NW.

Her tasks include lease analysis, market and competitive assessments, marketing strategy and client relationship management across asset classes.

She is involved with JLLU, JLL’s professional development program for brokerage associates, where she supports mentorship and early-career growth. Within the group, Krouch has led JLLU’s “Pressure and Performance,” “Proposal Terms & Lease Overview,” and “Tenant Pursuit” panels and sessions. She is also involved with the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA), where she serves on the Events and Education Committee.

Krouch’s community involvement includes volunteer work with the Boys & Girls Club. She is the recipient of Bisnow’s DMV Women Leading Real Estate Rising Star Award.

These are just a few reasons we chose Anslee Krouch as one of Connect CRE’s Washington DC & Mid-Atlantic Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
