Greenstein’s McAuliffe Handles Commercial Real Estate Litigation and Foreclosure Matters in DC Area

Company:

Greenstein, DeLorme & Luchs PC

Erin B. McAuliffe with Greenstein, DeLorme & Luchs provides comprehensive real estate legal services to property owners, developers and business owners across Washington, D.C. and Maryland. She represents clients with real estate-related disputes and counsels lenders and property owners about commercial foreclosures.

In one notable matter, she served as co-counsel to a lender in a foreclosure action involving one of Washington, DC’s most valuable commercial properties, formerly known as the Old Post Office, the Trump International Hotel and the Waldorf Astoria. She guided the client through the foreclosure procedures, ensuring strict compliance with local rules and coordinating with lead counsel on strategy and execution.

McAuliffe has been elected to serve on the Bar Association of Montgomery County, MD’s Board of Governors and was recently nominated as an At-Large Member of the Montgomery County Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of Maryland. She is a member of the Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia and of the Apartment and Office Building Association.

In the community, McAuliffe works with the Catholic Law Advantage Mentor Program as a law student mentor.

These are just a few reasons we chose Erin McAuliffe as one of Connect CRE’s Washington DC & Mid-Atlantic Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
