Commonwealth Commercial’s Wewer Specializes in Valuation and Advisory Services
Brendan Wewer, MAI, CCIM, is a Partner at Commonwealth Commercial Appraisal Group (CCAG), where he handles valuation and advisory assignments. He helps clients think through real estate decisions, including development feasibility, highest and best use, investment strategy and deal structuring.
Wewer leads a team that handles complex valuation and advisory assignments, and specializes in challenging property types, including going-concern and special-use assets such as hospitality, mixed-use experiential properties, and other operating businesses where real estate and business value are intertwined.
He takes an active role in the firm’s direction and growth by mentoring junior appraisers. He places a strong emphasis on talent development and creating a culture where younger professionals can grow quickly. Operationally, Wewer has led initiatives to build internal systems and workflows that improve consistency and efficiency, including implementing structured processes and accountability frameworks such as the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
He has also developed proprietary valuation models and internal workflow systems that allow his team to operate more efficiently and consistently.
Wewer has a strong relationship with Temple University’s Real Estate Organization, supporting it financially and through hands-on involvement. He regularly hosts commercial real estate seminars.
These are just a few reasons we chose Brendan Wewer as one of Connect CRE’s Washington DC & Mid-Atlantic Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
