Adoni Handles Debt Origination and Refinancing Activity at Berkadia
Jake Adoni is a Director with Berkadia. Since joining the company’s Mortgage Banking team in 2016, he has led the origination of over $10 billion in debt. In his career, he has originated multiple construction loans across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern U.S. and executed numerous construction loan refinancings with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
Notable deals include originating a Fannie Mae refinancing of over $100 million for a property outside of Philadelphia, closing a $170 million refinance for a Pennsylvania portfolio, and structuring a $90 million recapitalization through a Freddie Mac senior loan and a preferred equity investment on previous bridge financing.
Within Berkadia, he participates in many internal panels and pilot programs, supporting the company’s ongoing investments in and implementation of data platforms and tools designed to serve clients better
Adoni is a member of the Philadelphia Young Jewish Real Estate Federation (JFRE) subcommittee and supports several local Philadelphia-based organizations and initiatives, including Coaches vs. Cancer of the American Cancer Society, Philadelphia Youth Basketball, and Reach Out and Read at St. Christopher’s Hospital.
These are just a few reasons we chose Jake Adoni as one of Connect CRE’s Washington DC & Mid-Atlantic Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
