Colliers’ Abbasi Advises Landlords on GSA Leasing and Federal Real Estate Transactions

Victoria Abbasi is a Vice President and senior leader in the Government Solutions practice at Colliers. She offers landlord advisory services for complex federal real estate transactions across the United States. She specializes in guiding institutional owners and investment groups through federal leasing, with a focus on opportunities involving the General Services Administration (GSA).

Abbasi has played a key role in a significant volume of leasing transactions, having worked on approximately 8.5 million square feet of leases across the country on behalf of landlords and multiple federal agencies through the GSA.

Abbasi also contributes to internal initiatives and projects aimed at strengthening employee engagement and enhancing the workplace culture. She is committed to mentorship.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Federal Real Property Association (FRPA) and previously served on CREW DC’s board.

Abbasi has been honored by Connect CRE (Women in Real Estate and Top Brokers), CREW Network (Rising Star Impact and Emerging Leaders Awards), Commercial Observer (Washington DC’s Most Powerful Real Estate Players) and Business Insider (Rising Stars of Commercial Real Estate).
