Kerekes with NAI Hiffman Guides Multimillion-Dollar Projects From Concept to Completion

Company:

NAI Hiffman

Ariadne Kerekes is NAI Hiffman’s Senior Project Manager. She joined NAI Hiffman in 2018 as an Office Coordinator and advanced through senior roles to her current position.

Her responsibilities include budget development and oversight, lease and drawing review, bid coordination, construction management, and closeout. Her efforts ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with client objectives.

In 2025, she oversaw more than 20 commercial construction and workplace projects totaling over 500,000 square feet and $14.5 million in project value.

Kerekes also led Hiffman National’s 13,033-square-foot office construction buildout, coordinating across multiple stakeholders while maintaining responsibilities for active client projects.

Internally, she has served on NAI Hiffman’s Talent Advancement Committee. Kerekes also leads the annual Construction Management training session as part of the Hiffman Essentials program.

In the community, she serves as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. She is also involved with Feed My Starving Children, the Maddog Strong Foundation, Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, and the WGA Evans Scholars Foundation.

These are just a few reasons we chose Ariadne Kerekes as one of Connect CRE’s Chicago & Midwest Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
