Bell with Lormax Stern Drives Midwest Growth Through Acquisitions and Development

Company:

Lormax Stern

Andrew Bell is Lormax Stern’s Managing Director. He spearheads all business development, encompassing acquisitions, dispositions, development, underwriting and capital markets across the firm’s retail and mixed-use portfolio in Michigan and the Midwest. His responsibilities range from site identification and underwriting through lease-up, asset management and disposition.

In his career, he has closed nearly $2 billion in acquisitions, leading his team and company through a significant growth phase.

He is involved with the former Macy’s redevelopment at the Grand Traverse Mall in Traverse City, MI. The space is being divided into footprints ranging from 17,000 to 25,000 square feet.

Bell sits on the board of ICSC’s NextGen. He is a sponsor with the Leaders for Kids charity, and has been honored by Crain’s Detroit (20 in their 20s)

These are just a few reasons we chose Andrew Bell as one of Connect CRE’s Chicago & Midwest Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
