Frame with Mavrek Powers Business Growth Through Operational Leadership

Company:

Mavrek

Alicia Frame is Director of Operations at Mavrek.

She handles human resources and hiring, manages the company’s culture, works with vendors and oversees the company’s software and systems. She works with the Controller on accounts payable workflows, while handling insurance, compliance, investor reporting and communications as deals move through capitalization and closing.

On the deal side, Frame has coordinated 15 closings during her tenure, including refinancings, construction and bridge loans, and property sales. At the current pace of business, she manages four to five closings per year while simultaneously keeping 150+ active entities in good standing through filings, org chart maintenance, and coordination with legal and tax counsel.

On the marketing side, she built Mavrek’s LinkedIn presence from the ground up, organically and with zero paid spend. Over the past 12 months, the channel has added 3,900 followers and generated 225,000 impressions at a 9% to 10% engagement rate, roughly double the 2% to 5% industry average.

Frame plans all of Mavrek’s charitable outings, including visits to local food banks to volunteer on stock shelves. She is an active participant with Professional Women in Construction (PWC) and was named Bisnow’s Rising Star of the Year.

These are just a few reasons we chose Alicia Frame as one of Connect CRE’s Chicago & Midwest Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
