Northmarq’s Pacific Northwest Commercial Investment Sales Team consists of 12 people, eight of whom are brokers. Specializing in investment sales throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho and a few Mountain West states, the team is focused on grocery, power, unanchored, net leased, office and industrial assets.
In 2024, the team closed 56 deals totaling $354 million. Highlights included the 196,000-square-foot Oregon Trail Shopping Center sale (Gresham, OR). The asset will be renovated from a power center to a neighborhood shopping center. Another notable deal involved the sale of the 221,000-square-foot Marysville Town Center, outside Seattle.
