Matt McLennan is an Executive Vice President at Kidder Mathews, specializing in industrial leasing, sales, investments and development in Western Washington State. In 2024, he closed 30 transactions across 1.7 million square feet, at a total deal volume of over $107.2 million.

Notable transactions included a $41-million, 202,000-square-foot sale in Bonney Lake, WA on behalf of Peak Design; an $11.2-million, 80,000-square-foot sale in Kent, WA on behalf of BECU and a $9.1-million, 68,545-square-foot lease in Kent, WA on behalf of All Season Transport.
