Handled over 2.1 million square feet of leasing deals in 2024

Represented landlord in a 100,492-square-foot lease

Jerry Matson specializes in representing corporations in locating and negotiating the sale, lease and build-to-suits of industrial buildings in major Portland, OR submarkets. In 2024, he closed over 2.1 million square feet of industrial space.

Highlights included representation of landlords Panattoni Development Company and LaSalle Investment Management in a 681,780-square-foot lease to an undisclosed national grocer. The transaction represented the largest speculative industrial lease-up in the Portland area.

Matson also represented landlord Columbia Gateway in a 100,492-square-foot lease at 13636 N. Columbia to Medallion Industries.
