Michael Dash is a Vice Chairman at CBRE, specializing in advising corporate occupiers on real estate and the strategic management of leased office portfolios. Notable clients include Accenture, Starbucks and JPMorgan Chase.

In 2024, Dash closed 84 deals totaling over 2.6 million square feet. Notable transactions involved several relocations and expansions for Freestone Capital, PATH, Russell Investments and Lane Powell. He also helped a large financial firm consolidate several business units into a single building, expanded their footprint and negotiated deal terms that minimized their construction costs of their expansion.
