During 2024, the duo closed on transactions totaling over $523 million in volume, including $191 million in sales. Key deals involved Amazon’s 225,882-square-foot lease at Woodbridge (Federal Way, WA) and the Sumner Golf Course (Sumner, WA) disposition.
