CBRE’s Jane Blair has over 25 years of experience solving complex issues in the strategy, acquisition, leasing and sales of office and data center properties. She specializes in occupier representation. In her career, Blair has participated in over 396 transactions totaling over 4.85 million square feet.

In 2024, she closed 12 transactions (11 leases and one sale) totaling over 266,000 square feet at a sales volume of $250.5 million. Much of her work is with repeat clients, many of which are Fortune 500 companies, AM 100 law firms, and top accounting/consulting firms. Blair is a representative of CBRE’s Global Law Firm Practice Group and the NW Practice Leader for CBRE’s Global Data Center Solutions Group.”
