The Berkadia Seattle Investment Sales Team specializes in multifamily sales, working with both private and institutional level capital. During 2024, the team closed 43 multifamily transactions totaling over $526 million in sales volume.

Notable transactions included sales of the 117-unit Contour (Seattle), the two-property portfolio of The Commons (mixed-use in Ballard, WA) and the 160-unit Lofts at Innovation Center (Richland, WA) and the 68-unit Aventine (Bellevue, WA). The team also handled the sale of the 65-unit Turina James (Seattle), a new apartment property that was vacant at closing.
