Deals involved tenants like Planet Fitness, Raising Cane’s and Nothing Bundt Cakes

In 2024, Levin Management Corporation’s (LMC’s) leasing team handled 122 leasing transactions totaling over 1 million square feet. This brought the firm’s four-year total to 4.6 million square feet in new leases, expansions, renewals and license agreements.

The list of clients included Ace Pickleball Club, Planet Fitness (X2), KidStrong and Club Pilates (X2). On the QSR end, the team worked with Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, Bubbakoo’s Burritos, Nothing Bundt Cakes and Tropical Smoothie Café. Other deals involved discount retail and grocery chains.
