A 20-year CBRE veteran, David Opper is a Vice Chairman with CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office. Since joining the firm, Opper has represented a wide range of Fortune 500 tenants, institutions and privately held companies in the leasing and disposition of real estate holdings, both in the Tri-State region and nationally. He currently leads a team of 15 professionals.

In 2024, Opper and his team handled 110 transactions totaling 4.3 million square feet. He assisted Mercedes-Benz in a new lease at 27 W 24th St. and Steward Partners in a new lease at 99 Park Ave. New York City.
