Joe Koicim, an Executive Managing Director and a top-producing broker with Marcus & Millichap, is part of the New York Multifamily (NYM) Group.
In 2024, Koicim and his team closed 52 transactions, including 97 buildings, totaling nearly $640 million. In the East Village, he facilitated three major portfolio transactions totaling $122 million across 17 buildings and nearly 200 units. He concluded the year with the landmark $94.5 million sale of a rare 13-property multifamily portfolio in Chelsea, one of the neighborhood’s largest multifamily transactions of the year.
To date, NYM has closed more than 1,000 property sales, totaling more than $8.5 billion.
