Britt Raymond and Kyle Fant

Britt Raymond and Kyle Fant are SVPs and managing principals of SRS Real Estate Partners’ New York Capital Markets. They joined SRS in 2017 to spearhead Capital Markets in the New York City office and accelerate growth across the East Coast.

Over the course of her career, Raymond has closed more than $2.75 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Since joining SRS, she has established herself as a leader in the market through her expertise in the economic factors that cause shifts in the retail industry.

Since joining SRS, Fant has transacted more than $1 billion of net lease assets throughout 28 different states. His client base consists primarily of merchant developers, private and public institutions, family offices, private investors, 1031 exchange buyers, multi-unit franchise operators and owner/users.

One of the most outstanding 2024 transactions driven by Raymond and Fant that will have a major impact on the local community and demonstrates their leadership and skill was The Great Northern Mall sale of a tired “dead mall” with high vacancy in Clay, NY, near Syracuse.

The team orchestrated this transaction off-market with a longstanding local developer client based in Syracuse. The deal was extremely complex, involving multiple parties and several governing documents such as REAs, CC&Rs, restrictions and exclusions. The team successfully navigated every hurdle with every neighboring owner and renegotiated several governing documents to allow for clients’ redevelopment plans. The project is also one mile from Micron’s newly announced plant, a $100-billion investment bringing 7,000 new jobs to the market.
