Ben Brenner was promoted to the position of Vice Chairman in 2024 and is the youngest in the global firm to hold this title. As leader of a 10-person team, Brenner crafts complex real estate strategies for major corporate clients like Fujitsu, SGS and Panasonic, managing over 2,600 locations worldwide.

In 2024, he and his team handled 145 deals totaling close to 5 million square feet. Along with his team, Brenner has overseen 1,100 transactions across North America, EMEA and Asia, totaling over 22 million square feet and $3.1 billion in transaction value.
