In 2024, CBRE Vice Chair Craig Reicher handled 34 lease transactions totaling over 3 million square feet. Notable deals included representing Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe in its 144,000-square-foot renewal at 51 W. 52nd St., and Legal Aid in its 44,000-square-foot new lease at 55 Water St. Reicher also represented a confidential large financial services client in its two Manhattan lease renewals.
