Ethan Silverstein is the youngest in the firm’s history to hold the title of Executive Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield. Since 2007, he has completed thousands of transactions across office, industrial, data center and retail asset types.

IN 2024, Silverstein closed 163 transactions encompassing 2.6 million square feet, including major office leases in New York City trophy assets. He helped several of the buildings and notable national data centers reach 100% occupancy.
