JLL Executive Managing Director Zach Winkler oversees and works with brokers in South Florida. During 2024, Winkler closed 38 retail leases totaling 420,092 square feet at a volume of $108.4 million and negotiated seven retail property sales totaling 77,627 square feet and valued at $55 million.
Deals included expanding Raising Cane’s and Pop-Up Bagels throughout the region. He also negotiated a 13,000-square-foot deal to bring streetwear brand CNCPTS to the Florida market.
