Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR is managing principal with LQ Commercial. He is the only dual-specialist SIOR in southwest Florida, with specialties in industrial and office.
During 2024, Palmer closed 30 deals totaling 500,000 square feet at a transaction volume of over $200 million. One notable highlight was brokering both sides of a $92.5-million industrial sale, the largest in Southwest Florida history.
Palmer is CCIM’s Global President-Elect, and he is a regular speaker at nationwide universities and business functions.
