The Berkadia Central & North Florida Multifamily Team covers the Florida Panhandle, Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville markets. In 2024, the team closed 35 transactions totaling $754.3 million in sales.
Notable transactions included the $21.4 million sale on the island of Rockey Point in Tampa, marketed as a potential multi-housing redevelopment opportunity. Other sales included the 248-unit Ivy Residences (Orlando) to Blackstone, the 192-unit Jade at North Hyde Park (Tampa) to Hamilton Zanze and Co. and the forward sale of the 172-unit, build-to-rent community called Marisol (Bradenton).
