Handled the South Florida Logistics Portfolio, the state’s largest industrial deal
The CBRE South Florida Industrial Capital Markets Team, led by Vice Chairman Jose Lobón, executed 11 transactions in the tri-county area totaling $1.19 billion, representing a 58% market share. In addition to Lobón, the team comprises Trey Barry and Frank Fallon (Vice Chairmen), Royce Rose (Vice President), George Fallon (Vice President), Gabe Braun and Daniel Sarmiento (Financial Analysts). They are part of CBRE’s National Partners, the country’s foremost Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets platform.
Notable highlights included brokering the $331.3-million South Florida Logistics Portfolio, the largest industrial deal in the state. It also represented the second-largest Florida industrial deal of all time.
