In 2024, the JLL Central Florida Industrial Team completed 255 transactions totaling nearly 11 million square feet and over $245 million in value.
One high-profile deal focused on LG Electronics’ 348,740-square-foot lease at Lakeland Commerce Center in Lakeland, FL. The team also helped Supplement Manufacturing Partners secure a new headquarters in Tampa, was tapped by Summit Real Estate Group to lease its 318,000-square-foot Hamilton Logistics Center (Lakeland) and helped Insurance Auto Actions of Illinois lease 18 acres at Sunshine Industrial Park (Pinellas County).
