Brokered the sale of the 160-unit Pointe at Lakewood Ranch for $49 million

JBM Institutional Multifamily Advisors specializes in new multifamily merchant developments and has a lifetime transaction volume of over $20 billion and 170,000 units. In 2024, the JBM team closed on eight transactions totaling $529.7 million.

Notable deals included the $48.8 million sale of the Pointe at Lakewood Ranch (Lakewood Ranch, FL), a 160-unit, 55-plus active adult community. The team also brokered the sale of the 48-unit Bellavista at Vanderbilt Way (Naples, FL) for $377,000 per unit.
