With a total 2024 transaction volume in excess of $450 million, Murphy and Wonus have been instrumental in guiding the supply chain of Fortune 500 companies throughout the Sunshine State.
During 2024, the duo led their team in closing 90 transactions totaling 9.6 million square feet at a dollar volume of $463.3 million.
Notable highlights included negotiating a 1-million-square-foot industrial lease in Port St. Lucie—one of the largest in the state. Murphy and Wonus also represents the speculative 1.2-million-square-foot Central Florida Integrated Logistics Center; he also brokered a land sale to hold an additional 6 million square feet.
In addition to leasing, the duo handled over $150 million in industrial sales.
