Rob Wallace is the director of investments for Everwood Real Estate Partners, where he is responsible for acquisition sourcing across the Sunbelt, due diligence and closing of all investments, and asset management of the company’s portfolio. He is responsible for acquiring and managing nearly $100 million of low-coverage industrial assets.
As Everwood Real Estate is a new real estate investment and development company, Wallace wears many hats; he’s the principal acquisitions director one day and orders office snacks the next.
Wallace leads a YoungLife group, serves at his church, and mentors other high school students through weekly breakfasts.
