Danny Cunningham is the senior vice president and partner of the Karr-Cunningham Storage Team at Marcus & Millichap. He leads self-storage investment sales across Texas and has brokered more than 175 facilities valued at over $500 million.

Among his notable achievements is the sale of the IN Self Storage Portfolio (now Storage Depot), which included four separate locations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In addition, Cunningham facilitated the off-market sale of the Storage Bright portfolio, which consisted of eight separate locations with a combined 1,503 units.

Cunningham mentors students from Texas Christian University, his alma mater, through an internship program he developed for the Karr-Cunningham Storage Team. He also participates in the TCU Real Estate Club Mentorship Program. He is an active member of the Self-Storage Association, Inside Self-Storage and the Texas Self-Storage Association.

Cunningham and the Karr-Cunningham Storage Team consistently rank among Marcus & Millichap’s top-performing self-storage groups. He is a four-time consecutive recipient of Marcus & Millichap’s National Achievement Award and is a member of Marcus & Millichap’s Chairman’s Club.
