Lexie Hall Burns is Cushman & Wakefield’s Senior Director. She handles leasing negotiations for office tenants of all sizes.

Highlights include a 320,000-square-foot lease for a global technology consulting firm, a 400,000-square-foot lease on behalf of a fueling company and a 150,000-square-foot lease for a manufacturing firm.

Burns is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Women’s Integrated Network and an active participant in the company’s recruitment efforts. She has served in leadership positions with the Commercial Broker Association of Austin and the ULI. Her volunteer endeavors include serving on the Girls Empowerment Network board and chairing Redbud Circle—The Trail Foundation and Community Advisory Council—I Live Here, I Give Here. She volunteers for the Central Texas Food Bank, Dress for Success and Operation Turkey.

Her accolades include being named Cushman’s Rising Star and earning recognition on the Austin Business Journal’s Top Producer and Heavy Hitters List.
