Ben Wallace is a vice president in the Colliers Dallas-Fort Worth office. He focuses on industrial agency leasing, development sourcing, tenant representation and business development.
Notable achievements include sourcing a specialized manufacturing build-to-suit for SAF Holland, leading the Addison Innovation Center redevelopment by sourcing the land and assembling key partners, and securing a major food distribution facility for Hungry Root. Additional standout deals include the 271,000-square-foot J&C Warehouse transaction in South Dallas and the off-market acquisition of the two-building Bowser Industrial Park in Richardson. Wallace controls over 225 acres under contract for future industrial development.
Wallace regularly leads lunch-and-learn sessions focused on ownership-minded deal modeling. Outside of work, he leads a life group of about 25 people at Bent Tree Bible, where they provide mentorship, support and guidance to others in their faith community. He also serves on the church’s Worship Team. Wallace is actively engaged in youth sports and school activities, dedicating time to coaching and supporting local children’s development both on and off the field.
Wallace has received accolades, including recognition as a Colliers Everest Club member. He has made the D CEO Power Broker list twice in his career and can be found on CoStar Power Broker lists.
