After his first 12 months at Savills, Cromwell will have managed over 1 million square feet of transactions across Dallas-Fort Worth. He played a lead role in Print Logistics’ U.S. market entry. Additionally, Cromwell and his team played a pivotal role in assisting Nazdar with their Texas Expansion.

Cromwell and Savills Corporate Managing Director Harrison Burt was responsible for rebuilding and expanding the firm’s industrial real estate presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Through targeted outreach, data-driven market analysis, and a client-first approach, the team successfully reestablished the firm’s footprint.

He is involved with Savills Groups, including Toastmasters, Young Savills Network and Industrial Brokers Network. Cromwell serves the community through participation with the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation, North Texas Food Bank and as a volunteer baseball coach.

These are just a few reasons we chose Patrick Cromwell as one of Connect CRE’s Texas 2025 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
